Refund policy

We work really hard to make sure that you will be happy with your order. However, if for whatever reason you are not you can return it to us within 14 days of delivery. The order must be returned in it's original packaging and the buyer will be responsible for postage costs as these are non refundable. Once we receive the item back and inspect it, we will initiate the refund to your original payment method which can take up to 10 business days. Please include your order number within the return package.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, if you have damaged the product yourself it will not be accepted for return.
